PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 9-10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be <br /> performed which indicates that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage. <br /> b. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Department for approval by the Environmental <br /> Health Division which shows sewage and well information <br /> as required by the improvement plan. <br /> C. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules <br /> and regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 <br /> prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test <br /> and a sewage disposal area as determined by the <br /> percolation test are required on Parcels 1, 2, and 3 for <br /> Environmental Health Division approval. A permit from <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required for the <br /> percolation tests. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on Parcels <br /> 1, 2, and 3 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> e. Construct an individual domestic water well on Parcels <br /> 1, 2, and 3 tinder a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 3 . PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC: <br /> Conditions of—Appi-oval: <br /> a. The 40--Z :,t-wide ingress/egrass easement shall also be <br /> designated as a public utility easement. <br />
