II
THE REQUIRED FINDINGS FOR APPROVAL OF THE MINOR
SUBDIVISION CANNOT BE MADE.
The status of the property and its ownership establishes
several facts:
( 1) The applicant already has numerous residences for herself or
family members to live on the farm property.
( 2) No member of the applicant family lives in the residence on
the property for which the minor subdivision application is being
made. It is probable that this residence is not occupied by a
farm worker, but by someone who has non-farm employment and pays
rent.
( 3 ) The applicant already has numerous small lots, several of
which do not currently have residences, but on which residences
could be built, and which are available for financing of a
separate residence.
( 4 ) The applicant may have sold a parcel with a residence of
over 1, 600 square feet.
( 5) The applicant may have currently listed a 12 acre parcel
which does not have a residence, but upon which a residence could
be built and which is currently a separate parcel for financing
purposes .
A finding cannot be made that this subdivision is necessary
to finance a residence for the owner operator. The owner
operator is already living on a residence on the farm property.
The residence in which the owner operator resides is not even
located on the property for which this application is filed.
