Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> .X. 11. 01 - The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules <br /> and regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 prior to <br /> Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and a sewage <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are required <br /> for Environmental Health Division approval on parcels 1, 2 and 3 . <br /> A permit for the percolation tests from the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required. <br /> 2 . 11. 03 - Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) <br /> under a permit and inspection on parcels 1, 2 and 3 by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 11. 06 - A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed prior <br /> to application approval indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage. <br /> 4 . 11. 08 - Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Department for approval by the Environmental Health <br /> Division showing sewage and well information as required by the <br /> improvement plan. <br /> 5 . 22 . 01 - Construction of an individual domestic water well <br /> under a well permit and inspection on parcels 1, 2 and 3 by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County I4ea It It Care Service% 0 <br />
