Tosch <br /> Civil Engineer <br /> CE # 14644 June 17 , 1991 <br /> 1229 Goldenoak Way <br /> Stockton, CA 95209 <br /> San Joaquin County Local Health District <br /> Enviromental Health Division <br /> Subject : Soil Suitability Study: (Parcel Map No. MS-90-87) <br /> Submitted for your review are the results of a Soil <br /> Suitability Study on the Virginia Martins property <br /> located at the west end of Lucerne Road, Tracy, CA. <br /> Existing Septic Systems : <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed <br /> for the area in the immediate vicinity of the <br /> subject property. <br /> There are only two homes near the subject property. <br /> No records were shown for either of the properties . <br /> Existing Use : <br /> The existing 49 . 8 acre parcel is in tomatoes . There <br /> is a home and other improvements on parcel number 4. <br /> Percolation Tests : <br /> Four percolation tests were performed in accordance <br /> with the percolation tests procedures outlined in the <br /> "Manual Septic Tank Practice" published by the U. S. <br /> Department of Health, Education and Welfare and per <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Local Health <br /> District. <br /> On June 8 , 11 , 12 , 1991 , 4 percolation tests were <br /> performed by me or under my direction on the above <br /> referenced property in conformance with the San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549.
