Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> b. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> C. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions <br /> of California Code of Regulations, Title 22 will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division and San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and <br /> 9-1115.9. <br /> d. Destruction or proper sealing the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> e. A new map shall be submitted showing the existing well and septic system. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
