Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Prior to issuance of building permits and or acceptance of an improvement plan, applicant <br /> shall submit a revised plan stating the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for. Applicant shall also state how the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility <br /> lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> B. The applicant shall provide potable water(either from a new well or repair the existing well <br /> to meet the State standards) as provided in the California Health and Safety Code and the <br /> California Uniform Food Facilities Law. <br /> REP <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
