Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. If applicant's facility remains as is, currently utilizing up to 10% floor space to sell non- <br /> potential hazardous food that is prepackaged, then no new California Uniform Retail Food <br /> Facilities Law(CURRFL)requirements will need to be met. <br /> B. Should applicant plan to enlarge the facility to a large agriculture store, then 3 sets of plans <br /> and specifications will be required to be submitted to Environmental Health Division for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> C. Should applicant plan a large agriculture store, Environmental Health Division will require a <br /> Soil Suitability Study performed by a Registered Engineer indicating that the area is suitable <br /> for a septic system that can adequately handle increased use(s). <br /> D. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title 22, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> e <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
