The frontage improvements for Eight Mile Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the adopted Specific Plan. <br /> The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred <br /> upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to appreval release of the <br /> Impvevemene Plan Building Permit.
