PHSIEHD reviewed the UST file and estimates there ft about 40 feet of <br /> piping VW still requites closure and sampling of the soil below the piping. <br /> 800 Main Steet <br /> During activities at this site, which is trot owned by the City of SDS,a UST was found <br /> beneath the City sidewalk The site owner and the City of Stockton both claim the other <br /> persontentity,is the UST owner and responsible for removal of the UST. If this matter is <br /> not mored soon,PHSIEHD will have to refer the matter to the San Joaquin County <br /> District Attorney's office for enforcement action. <br /> A meeting with the City of Stockton t0 discuss the status of their sites at that time is scheduled for <br /> 1000 a.m.on Sem 13, IM.at the offices of PHSIEHD.
