However, the soil sidewall of the UST excavation was observed to have <br /> contamination at the firne the UST was removed and PHSIEHD staff advised the <br /> contractor that the area would have to be investigated, it a sample was not obtained at <br /> that time. PHSIEHD has requested further investigation of this area in previous <br /> correspondence. A monitoring well has been installed about 50 feet west of this former <br /> area as part of another site investigation(145 S.Sutter Street Stockton). After reviewing <br /> the groundwater sample results from this monitoring well and inspecting the site. <br /> PHSIEHD has determined thatfurtherinvestigation should not be required and will <br /> request concurrence:oqthis determination from the Central Valley Regional Waw Quality <br /> Control Board; <br /> 4704 Washington <br /> The closure plan to close the underground storage tank piping in place has been, <br /> submitted to PHSIEHO.
