SA-94-38 OF JACK FETZER <br /> (C/O LEWIS D. STALLWORTH, JR. ) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> On April 11, 1995, the Planning Commission approved Site Approval <br /> Application No. SA-94-38 for a church with accessory retail sales <br /> of used items in an existing building located on the northeast <br /> corner of Waterloo Road and Auto Avenue, in east Stockton. At <br /> the time the Site Approval application was approved, the <br /> applicants had already established the use without benefit of any <br /> permits. After receiving the Site Approval permit, the use of <br /> the property continued and the applicants failed to comply with <br /> the required Conditions of Approval. <br /> The approval expiration date was September 24, 1996. By this <br /> date all Conditions of Approval should have been met, but they <br /> were not. The applicants filed a Time Extension application oN <br /> September 24 , 1996, then, at the request of the Community <br /> Development Department, revised the application into a Revisions <br /> of Approved Actions application which was submitted on November <br /> 5, 1996. The applicants are requesting that the permit be <br /> extended for approximately one year, or until September 24 , 1997, <br /> and that the timing requirements specified in the Conditions of <br /> Approval lf,g, i, j , and n be extended to August 1, 1997 (lf, ln) <br /> and October 1, 1997 (lg, li, lj) . <br />
