The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for any <br /> additional traffic generated by this development . The fee is due <br /> prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. The fee currently is <br /> $1, 143 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as Service <br /> Commercial, and or $164 . 07 per daily trip-end generated in the <br /> Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record.
