SA-94-38 Since you did not attend the Development Committee meeting that was scheduled for this project and we were, therefore, not able to discuss its processing, this letter is meant to serve as a formal notification to you that no action will be taken on the above- referenced application until after a field check of the site, tentatively scheduled for Monday, October 24 , 1994 . The delay is intended to give you the opportunity to comply with the Public Health and Planning Code violations noted in the Development Committee memos mailed to you on September 23 , 1994 . As indicated in the memo from the Development Services Division, if the violations have not been corrected by the date of the field check, the application will be denied. If, at that time, all of the violations have been corrected, the application will be referred to the Planning Commission for action after a public hearing. This decision, which is different from the information contained in the September 23 memo, is based upon the fact that your project has generated a significant amount of public opposition since the time the memos were prepared and mailed to you. The above information may also change, subject to the outcome of the October 19 , 1994 , court hearing scheduled to resolve the active enforcement case on the project site.
