Sacramento Insulation Contractors Project No. EOC-96-028 (., RECOMMENDATIONS + Based on the results of the activities detailed in this report, EOC recommends that no additional assessment or mitigation efforts be required on the site and that Sacramento Insulation Contractors be issued a "no further action" letter by PHS for the site. t REPORT LIMITATIONS L This report has been prepared exclusively for the use of Ms. Ginny Spencer and The Hill ( Companies, Inc., and for review by Mr. Harlin Knoll, the PHS specialist assigned to the site. The L_ client should recognize that the limited site assessment activities, including soil and groundwater sampling and laboratory testing described in this report, should not be interpreted as a { characterization and statistical evaluation of the entire site but is intended to document the ` excavation of 2 borings on the site. The assessment activities detailed in this report do not preclude the possibility of the presence of petroleum hydrocarbons, or hazardous materials in other areas of the site. L- The information obtained in assessing the petroleum hydrocarbon impacts on a site can vary at different times and different locations and the interpolation or extrapolation of such data results in some degree of uncertainty. Additionally, the client should recognize that regulatory agencies 1„ possess the final authority relative to site assessments, mitigations, and closures and may direct the performance of services beyond those proposed or performed and described in this report. Therefore, the conclusions and recommendations presented in this report should only be considered conclusive with respect to the information contained herein. No guarantee of the results presented in this report is implied or intended. The services performed were conducted in accordance with the local standard of care in the geographic region at the time the services were rendered. We hope the information contained in this report will provide the documentation necessary for t closure of the LIAR reported for the site.
