PHS/EHD was represented by Diane Hinson, Mary Meays <br /> and Linda Turkatte. The following is an attempt to summarize the <br /> meeting. <br /> After site chronologies were distributed to the attendees a <br /> number of site specific issues of concern were discussed. <br /> 110 WEST SONORA <br /> -The work agreement between COS and RESNA will go to the <br /> Stockton City Council on March 25, 1992 . The agreement will <br /> include two years of quarterly status monitoring and <br /> reporting and will allow for monthly groundwater gradient <br /> determinations if necessary. The first quarterly sampling <br /> will begin after the work agreement is signed (approximately <br /> May 1992) . <br /> -Approximately three weeks after the contract acceptance <br /> (mid May 1992) , a work plan to install three vapor <br /> extraction wells and one groundwater extraction well will be <br /> prepared and submitted to PHS/EHD. These wells will be used <br /> to conduct pilot vapor extraction and groundwater pumping <br /> tests. <br /> -Upon submittal of the work plan to PHS/EHD, review and a <br /> permit issuance will occur (approximately end of May 1992) . <br /> A Division of_an Joaquin County Health Cac S Icca 10 <br />
