Lane <br /> This site safety and health plan (SSP) must be kept on-site and accessible to all on-site <br /> employees during all phases of site operations. The SSP must be reviewed and signed by <br /> f <br /> all on-site employees, subcontractors, and visitors prior to entering the site. General safe <br /> work practices are identified in the RESNA Injury and Illness Prevention Manual and apply <br /> f' to all RESNA work sites. <br /> s: <br /> The provisions set-forth in this SSP shall apply to RESNA Industries Inc. (RESNA) <br /> employees and any subcontractors working for RESNA at the job site. All personnel <br /> working for RESNA at the job site must read this SSP, and sign the attached Compliance <br /> Agreement before entering the work area. Field personnel may deviate from the safety <br /> 1r provisions set-forth in this SSP, but only to upgrade or increase the safety requirements. <br /> RESNA personnel may suspend work if unsafe working conditions are identified or <br /> observed, or unauthorized modifications to the safety provisions set-forth in this SSP are <br /> made. If changes in site or working conditions require changes in safety procedures, <br /> appropriate amendments to this SSP will be provided by the RESNA project manager or <br /> supervisor, with the written approval of a RESNA branch safety officer or the RESNA <br /> =i Health and Safety Director. <br />
