This document was prepared on <br /> behalf of the Stockton Department of Housing and Redevelopment by Soma <br /> Corporation of Emeryville, California, under subcontract to Treadwell and Rollo, Inc., of <br /> San Francisco, California. As HERD has previously reviewed other assessments for <br /> other parcels in this area, the site conditions and other background information relevant <br /> to this property have been discussed with the SMP. <br /> This document has been reviewed for conformance with current DTSC and EPA <br /> guidance for risk assessment and is intended only to outline those expectations of <br /> HERD when a risk assessment is submitted. Several suggestions are made to <br /> streamline the process of producing a final document.
