The activity requested was to review this document and to provide comments. <br /> BACKGROUND SUMMARY: <br /> The North Shore Parcels consist of Area 10 (Banner Island), Area 11 (300 North <br /> Harrison Street), Areas 15 and 16 (Chase Chevrolet), Area 20 (Western Railroad) and <br /> Area 21 (Crystal Creamery). Area 10 was used for ship building and repair and storage <br /> of steel until the 1970s. Area 10 was used for steel fabrication. Areas 15 has been <br /> used as an automobile facility since the 1950s. Underground storage tanks (USTs) <br /> have been removed from Area 15. Area 16 is located east of Area 15 and was used as <br /> an auto dealership.
