EI Dorado Street ) <br /> Stockton, California 95202 ) <br /> 1.1 Purpose: The purpose of this Amendment to the Oversight and Consultation <br /> Agreement (Amendment) is to reflect the changes in the scope of work, oversight cost <br /> estimate and schedule of activities. The purpose as previously described in section 1.4 <br /> (Purpose), will no longer be to perform a Preliminary Endangerment Assessment <br /> document as part of the initial site investigative work. Rather, the project will require <br /> DTSC to oversee the Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study and the Remedial Action <br /> Plan. <br /> 1 .2 Scope of Work. This Amendment provides a revised Scope of Work as <br /> described in Exhibit C (Scope of Work) and Exhibit E (Schedule). DTSC will provide <br /> the Agency with written comments on all deliverables. <br /> 1.3 Payment. This Amendment provides a revised estimate of DTSC's <br /> oversight costs for the amended scope of work as provided in the attachment as <br /> Exhibit D. The Agency shall make an additional advance payment of$57,117 to DTSC <br /> in accordance with paragraphs 3.8.1 and 3.8.2 of the previous agreement. <br /> 1.4 Effective Date. This Amendment shall be effective three business days <br /> following the day the last party signed the amendment. <br />
