The Agreement was signed by DTSC on December 28, 1999. <br /> Mr. Jerry Lile will be the DTSC project manager for the Site. <br /> In addition to the Agreement, I have enclosed a Customer Service Survey developed <br /> by the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA). Cal/EPA would <br /> appreciate your input regarding DTSC staffs performance while negotiating and <br /> preparing the agreement. Please complete the enclosed Customer Service Survey <br /> and return it to Cal/EPA.
