Obviously, such testing would be done at no charge <br /> to the Chases and would have to be conducted in such a manner so as not to interfere with the <br /> operations of Charter Way Tow. Finally, the environmental consultants would be required to <br /> leave the property in the same condition as they found it. <br /> I will be in Los Angeles the rest of this week, therefore I would request that you pass <br /> this information on to Mayor Podesto.
