The purpose of this Amendment to the Oversight and Consultation <br /> Agreement (Amendment) is to reflect the changes in the oversight cost estimate. <br /> 1.2 Payment. This Amendment provides an estimate of the increase of DTSC's <br /> oversight costs (Exhibit A) which includes cost overrun from the previous cost estimates and <br /> cost to complete the scope of work. The total estimated cost for the scope of work is <br /> $86,456.00. The Agency shall make an additional advance payment of$15,456.00 to DTSC in <br /> accordance with paragraphs 3.8.1 and 3.8.2 of the original Agreement. <br /> 1.3 Effective Date.
