The information you <br /> provided has been used to revise the cost estimate contained in the amended <br /> agreement entitled Second Amendment to the Oversight and Consultation Agreement <br /> (Docket # HSA-2A 99/00-046). The revised cost estimate of $11 ,516.00 covers <br /> DTSC's costs associated with ongoing oversight activities and tasks through the <br /> approval of a Remedial Action Plan.
