E1 Dorado Street ) <br /> Stockton, California 95202 ) <br /> I . INTRODUCTION. <br /> 1 . 1 Purpose . The purpose of this Amendment to the <br /> Oversight and Consultation Agreement (Amendment) is to reflect <br /> the changes in the oversight cost estimate . <br /> 1 . 2 Payment . This Amendment provides an estimate of the <br /> increase of DTSC' s oversight costs (Exhibit A) which includes <br /> cost overrun from the previous cost estimates and cost to <br /> complete the scope of work. The total estimated cost for the <br /> scope of work is $82 , 516 . 00 . The Agency shall make an additional <br /> advance payment of $11, 516 . 00 to DTSC in accordance with <br /> paragraphs 3 . 8 . 1 and 3 . 8 . 2 of the original Agreement . <br /> 1 . 3 Effective Date. This Amendment shall be effective <br /> three business days following the day the last party signed the <br /> amendment . <br /> This Amendment may be executed and delivered in any number of <br /> counterparts, each of which when executed and delivered shall be <br /> deemed to be an original, but such counterparts shall together <br /> constitute one and the same document . <br /> Date : <br /> James L.
