Supplemental information to address questions generated by <br /> the Regional Water Quality Control Board and DTSC was requested to complete the <br /> Feasibility Study. Information submitted on February 28, 2001 and May 25, 2001 <br /> resolve these issues. DTSC approves the RI and FS reports and accepts the <br /> remedial action objectives as outlined in the most recent supplemental document <br /> dated May 25, 2001. <br /> Please submit for DTSC's review the draft Remedial Action Plan (RAP). Upon <br /> approving the draft RAP, DTSC will initiate the 30-day public comment period.
