The chosen well locations for the pilot study are based on data obtained when <br /> MW- 1 was a free product well . When taking into account current data it would be <br /> more logical to relocate the pilot test wells closer to MW-5 . <br /> Please submit an addendum to the June 5 1996 "Site Investigation Workplan " <br /> which will address current issues at the site . The addendum should be submitted <br /> by August 1 , 1997 . PHS/EHD recommends implementation of the approved <br /> version of the workplan by August 15 , 1997 . Well permit #011225 has been <br /> granted for installation of MW-7 by V and W Drilling . <br /> Wallace Kuhl and Associates Inc. quarterly reports customarily lack a tabulation <br /> I of depth to water measurements to coincide with analytical sampling .
