Site Code: 2098
Ms. Lisa Medina,
Thank you for speaking with me this morning regarding the responsibility of the 404 West Fremont Street,
Stockton, CA site.
As suggested, I have attached the Assignment of Reimbursement Rights and supporting documents. These
documents maintain our assertion that the City of Stockton acquired the property through eminent domain and
that Crystal Cream & Butter Co , assigned its rights to reimbursement from the UST Cleanup Fund to the City of
Stockton. Crystal Cream & Butter Co. is no longer the legally responsible party. Our information is that after
the city took possession of the property in 2003 it decided to dismantle the wells.
You explained that all current and previous Responsible Parties are included in any notifications and letters.
Due to the fact that Crystal Cream & Butter Co. is no longer an operating business, we request removal from all
future contacts regarding the 404 West Fremont Street, Stockton, California location.
If you have any questions, you may contact us via email at ccbholdings@sbcglobal.net.
Thank you,
Debra Brown
Office Manager
Debra Brown
CC&B Holdings, Inc.
P.O.
