Page 1 of 1 <br /> Philip Milton Lehrman <br /> Philip Milton Lehrman Mar. 18, 1928-Jan. 1, 2014 Resident of Hayward Lehrman, 85, left a big imprint on many hearts. <br /> He loved adventure, community service, study and human connection. Graduated in 1951, University of Colorado, <br /> Boulder; BS in architectural engineering. Worked for Shell Oil Co. in San Francisco, then in real estate and small <br /> businesses. Became an elder in the Melchizedek Priesthood in 2011 after baptism in the Mormon Church.Also <br /> treasured his Jewish roots and cousins around the country. Served in Cabrillo Civic Club No. 11 and the Lion's Club, <br /> among others. Lectured at several community colleges and taught dance in his youth at Denver's famed Rainbow <br /> Ballroom. He danced at Cabrillo, Five Spot and senior centers. Services Jan. 18, 10 a.m., LDS Chapel at 26101 Gading <br /> Rd., Hayward.
