KUHL October 7, 1994 <br /> &ASSOCIATES INC <br /> rr <br /> 1 -7 <br /> Mr Steve Jerkins r 1 <br /> Crystal Creamery <br /> 1013 D Street <br /> Sacramento, California 95814 <br /> QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT <br /> 404 WEST FREMONT STREET <br /> Stockton, California <br /> WKA No 1628 02 <br /> Dear Mr Jerkins, <br /> As required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, we are <br /> submitting this quarterly status report for the subject property located at 404 <br /> West Fremont Street in Stockton, California (Plate 1) <br /> The most recent ground water elevation measurements of the six monitoring <br /> wells (MW1 through MW6) were obtained on August 30, 1994 Based on <br /> these most recent ground water elevation measurements, ground water is <br /> approximately 26 feet below grade and the flow direction beneath the site is to <br /> Geotechnical Engineering the northeast with a hydraulic gradient of 0 007 feet/foot as shown on Plate 2 <br /> Engineering Geology <br /> Ground water samples were also obtained from five of the six on-site <br /> Environmental Consulting monitoring wells on August 30, 1994 Prior to sampling, each well was <br /> f <br /> Remediation Services checked for visual signs of free product using a clear bailer A sample from <br /> MW1 was not obtained due to a 118-inch thickness of product observed <br /> Construction Inspection floating on the water <br /> Materials Testing <br /> Approximately three to five well volumes of water were purged from wells <br /> MW2 through MW6 using a two-inch submersible pump until temperature, <br /> pH, and conductivity readings stabilized and/or the water cleared of sediment <br /> 3050 Industrial Blvd The water samples were then collected using a new polyethylene disposable <br /> West sacramento bailer Water from the disposable bailer was decanted into appropriate sample <br /> l containers provided by the laboratory <br /> CA 95681 <br /> Fax 916 372 2565 <br /> 916 372 1434 <br /> Recycled paper <br />
