Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> 1. 11. 06 - A soil suitability study as required by Section <br /> 9-10100 of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be <br /> preformed prior to application approval indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> 2 . 11. 01 - The sewage disposal system shall comply with the <br /> rules and regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 <br /> prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and a <br /> sewage disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Environmental Health Division approval on parcels <br /> #1. A permit for the percolation tests from Environmental <br /> Health Division is required. <br /> 3 . 11. 03 - Construct an individual sewage disposal system <br /> on parcels #1 and #2 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 4 . 22 . 01 - Construction of an individual domestic water well <br /> on parcels #1 and #2 under a well permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> 5. 11. 08 - Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Department for approval by the <br /> Environmental Health Division showing sewage and well <br /> information as required by the improvement plan. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
