Tosch October 3 , 1992 <br /> Civil Engineer <br /> CE 114644 <br /> 1229 Goldenoak Way <br /> Stockton, CA 95209 <br /> Phone: (209) 478-4606 <br /> Subject : Soil Suitability Study: Parcel Map No. (MS-90-132 ) <br /> Submitted for your review are the results of a Soil <br /> Suitability Study on the Lester Huck property located <br /> at 29272 South Corral Hollow Road, Tracy, CA 95376 . <br /> Existing Septic Systems <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed for <br /> the area in the immediate vicinity of the subject property. <br /> Four permits were found. The septic systems were installed <br /> between January 18 , 1972 and January 24, 1989. No problems <br /> were recorded. <br /> EXisting Use <br /> There are two houses and a mobile home along with other <br /> miscellaneous improvements on Parcel 1 . One of the two <br /> houses has been converted to a storage shed . <br /> Parcel 2 is bare ground. <br /> Percolation Tests <br /> Two percolation tests were performed in accordance <br /> with the percolation tests procedures outlined in the <br /> "Manual Septic Tank Practice" published by the U.S. <br /> Department of Health, Education and Welfare and per <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Local Health <br /> District . <br /> On September 30 and October 1 , 1992 , two percolation <br /> tests were performed by me on the above referenced <br /> property in conformance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 549. The approximate location of the <br /> test holes are shown on the accompanying Detail Map. <br /> A soil profile was not performed because depth to water <br /> is in excess of 50 feet. <br />
