DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> b. The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right <br /> of Service Units (R.O. S.U. ) for sanitary sewer have been paid <br /> for the proposed subdivision prior to approval of the Parcel <br /> Map. <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee is $2 , 627 . 00 for each <br /> single family dwelling unit in the Stockton area. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record) . <br /> d. Segregation of services and fees for the sanitary sewer shall <br /> be applied for. <br /> e. The frontage improvements for Del Mar Avenue and Wagner Avenue <br /> shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way urban street. <br /> 2 .
