Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> 2. 11 , 01 - The sewage disposal system shall comply with <br /> the rules and regulations of San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 549 prior to Improvement Plan approval . <br /> A percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test are required for <br /> Environmental Health Division approval .
