The percolation test hole was located as marked
on a site plan provided by R. B. Welty of an area referred to as
a Designated Remainder. This percolation test was performed as
part of a soil suitability study. The test hole was presaturated
24 hrs before percolation testing commenced on November 15, 1990.
The percolation testing was conducted according to San Joaquin
County Department of Environmental Health regulations and was
witnessed and observed by Hector Castro from the County Department
of Environmental Health.
One exploratory test hole and one percolation test hole were
drilled using 811 diameter solid stem auger to depths of ten feet
and four feet, respectively. The percolation test hole was sleeved
with 4" diameter perforated pipe to prevent a potential cave-in,
thus insuring test hole integrity. Gravel was added to the bottom
of the hole and placed in the annular space between the perforated
pipe and the bore hole. Please find attached, the Field
Percolation Testing Report (signed by the San Joaquin County
representative) , indicating the test hole location, percolation
rate and recommended sewage disposal area.
'Z
9
QUAL -TY ,,CONTROL INSPECTION, INC.
j-- David Jordan, Civil Testing
QUA ITY177
Je s Wry, INSPECTION, INC.
y, P.E.
JW/dj
cc: 2 Client
Our reports and letters are submitted as the confidential property of our clients for their exclusive use.Any publication or reproduction of statements, conclusions or extracts from or
regarding our reports or letters is reserved, contingent upon the written authorization of Quality Control Inspection,Inc.
