Groundwater <br /> Mr. Ressler indicated to me that the depth to the groundwater in his <br /> well was last measured at approximately 30 feet. <br /> 6 . Soil Profile and Percolation Tests <br /> A soil profile and percolation test was done by Quality Control <br /> Inspection and their report (EXHIBIT B) is hereby made part of -this report. <br /> Please refer to EXHIBIT B for details. <br /> 7 . Conclusion <br /> Based on the percolation test results, the past history of the <br /> existing septic system, our interviews with Mr. Ressler and his neighbors, and <br /> the soil profile, it is our opinion that the subject property is adequately <br /> suited for septic tank usage and that the proposed parcel split presents no <br /> threat to groundwater in this area. <br /> Edward Tindle <br /> c/o R.B.
