(1601 East Hazelton Avenue) Stockton,California 95201 q�66 <br /> 6 <br /> ,pa\ <br /> (209) 468-3400 <br /> DATE: June 1, 1990 <br /> TO: San Joaquin County Planning Division <br /> FROM: Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> RE: MS-90-114 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Record of Survey. <br /> 1. 11. 06 - A soil suitability study as required by <br /> Section 9-10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed, on parcel 1 and <br /> 2 , prior to application approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> 2 . 11. 01 - The sewage disposal system shall comply <br /> with the rules and regulations of San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 549 prior to Improvement Plan <br /> approval. A percolation test and a sewage disposal <br /> area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required, on parcel 1, for Environmental Health <br /> Division approval. A permit for the percolation <br /> tests from the Environmental Health Division is <br /> required. <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> 3 . 11. 03 - Construct an individual sewage disposal system, <br /> on parcel 2 , under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 4 . 22 . 01 - Construction of an individual domestic <br /> water well, on parcel 2 , under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
