DODDINGTON <br /> MS-90-117 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> b. Parcels shall be numbered on the Parcel Map. <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee is $2 , 739 . 00 for each <br /> single family dwelling unit in the Lodi area. The fee shall <br /> be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the ENgineering News <br /> Record. ) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 9-10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to the Parcel Map approval indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system, on parcel B, <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construction of individual domestic water well, on Parcel B, <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br />
