THOMAS <br /> MS-90-106 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1. PUBLIC WORKS• <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> b. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate <br /> a twenty-five foot (251 ) wide strip along the west side <br /> of Parcel 2 from Harney Lane to the north property line. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be <br /> performed, on Parcels 1, 2 , and 3 , indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Department for the approval by the Environmental <br /> Health Division showing sewage and well information, on <br /> Parcels 1, 2 , and 3 , as required by the improvement plan. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system, on <br /> Parcels 2 and 3 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br />
