 Y'ile No. 20-2982-02 k KLEINFELDER
May 21, 1991
Based on the above information, and the information contained in
our referenced septic system suitability study report, it is our
opinion that the proposed additional 10-acre parcel is suitable
for septic system use. We note that our scope of services for this
letter and for our original report did not include a detailed
evaluation of the potential for the septic systems to affect the
quality of groundwater. However, the project involves only four
septic systems on the approximate 156-acre property. Therefore,
with groundwater at depths of approximately 130 feet deep, in our
opinion the likelihood of a significant change in the nitrate level
of the groundwater beneath the site due to the additional septic
systems is very remote. If additional more dense development is
planned in the area, we suggest that consideration be given to
completing a nitrate loading study.
We trust this letter presents the information required at this
time. If you have any questions regarding this letter, please
contact us.
Respectfully submitted,
KLEINFELDER, INC.
Steven R.
