The property is located at the northeast corner of Harney <br /> Lane and Tully Road, east of Lodi in San Joaquin County, <br /> California. A plot plan showing the approximate location of the <br /> property is presented on Plate I of this report. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323 , Division 10, Chapter 2 , Section <br /> 9-10100, Item C. A description of the requirements and our scope <br /> of services were outlined in our proposal dated June 19, 1990. Our <br /> services were initiated based on your written authorization of June <br /> 22 , 1990.
