DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> b. Lot shall be labeled as "Parcel" on the Parcel Map. <br /> C. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a <br /> twenty-five foot (251 ) wide strip along the north side of <br /> Parcels #1 and #3 . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Submit an Improvement Plan to the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Department for approval by the Environmental Health Division <br /> showing sewage and well information as required by the <br /> improvement plan for parcels #1 and #3 . <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed prior <br /> to Final Map approval indicating that the area is suitable <br /> for septic tank usage. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br />
