Kirk Larson, PG , and Robert Trommer, CHG <br /> State Water Resources Control Board <br /> Division of Financial Assistance <br /> 1001 1 Street <br /> Sacramento CA 95814 <br /> Subject: 517 W Fremont Street, Stockton , CA <br /> Annual Five-Year Review Update Recommendations April 2011 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed the <br /> annual five-year review update letter dated 15 March 2011 from Kirk Larson of the State Water <br /> Quality Control Board (SWQCB) Cleanup Fund (CUF) for the above-referenced site. The CUF <br /> recommended that active remediation be conducted to achieve water quality objectives in a <br /> timely manner. <br /> In the last groundwater monitoring report the consultant recommended preparation of a <br /> remedial action plan (RAP) that would provide the information the EHD needed to complete <br /> evaluation of a corrective action plan . The EHD will direct preparation and submission of the <br /> RAP.
