Guardino - Crawford -4- March 3 , 2011 <br /> Claim No . 14349 <br /> UPDATED , May 2009 , the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin Valley LOP <br /> review this site for closure . <br /> Note : The May 2009 review contained erroneous data and an inappropriate <br /> recommendation . Staff intended to file the following May 2009 recommendation : <br /> The San Joaquin County has directed the Responsible Party to submit a <br /> feasibility study. The Fund concurs with this action and will review this site next <br /> year to track progress . <br /> UPDATED , March 2010 , this site has been under investigation for 21 years and <br /> no active remediation has been conducted . By letter on 22 July 2009 , the San <br /> Joaquin County LOP directed the Responsible Party to submit a work plan to <br /> conduct a soil vapor extraction pilot test. The Fund concurs with the proposed <br /> course of action and will review this site next year to track progress . <br /> UPDATED , March 20111 by 15 November 2010 letter, the San Joaquin County <br /> LOP concurs with the Responsible Party that soil vapor extraction and air <br /> sparging are appropriate technologies to remediate this site .
