(AGE). <br /> During April 2008 , vapor extraction well (VW-1 ), groundwater extraction well (EW-1 ), and <br /> observation wells (OW-1 , OW-2, OB- 1 , and 013-2) were installed to perform remediation <br /> feasibility studies and pilot tests which had been approved by the EHD by letter dated <br /> December 28, 2007. AGE indicated in the QR that the results of the well installation and <br /> feasibility studies will be presented in a separate report titled " Well Installation and <br /> Remediation Feasibility Report: This report has not been posted to Geotracker nor has <br /> the EHD been contacted concerning completion of any pilot tests . If the tests have been <br /> conducted , submit the results of the well installation and feasibility study to the EHD and <br /> to Geotracker within 60 days after completion of the work. If the test has not yet been <br /> conducted , the EHD directs that the proposed test be implemented by March 16, 2009 <br /> and submit the Well Installation and Remediation Feasibility Report to Geotracker within <br /> 60 days of the completion of the work. Please provide the EHD a minimum 48-hour <br /> notice prior to initiation of any tests. <br /> Groundwater sample results for monitoring wells MW-3 through MW-8 have been "non- <br /> detect" for consecutive quarterly monitoring events dating back to years 2003 and 2005. <br /> The EHD directs reducing the frequency of groundwater sampling for these wells to <br /> annual sampling but will consider more frequent sampling if justified by your consultant. <br /> Monitoring wells MW- 1 and MW-2 should remain on quarterly sampling frequency. <br /> Continue collecting depth to water measurements in all wells during each quarterly <br /> monitoring event to determine the groundwater gradient. <br /> If you have any questions , please contact Frank Girardi , Senior Registered <br /> Environmental Health Specialist, at (209) 953-7868. <br /> )1 17 <br /> Frank Girardi, REHS Nuel C .
