As described in the Conflict Resolution Chart, once you've had a chance to review <br /> the RSR and if you have comments, please reply to Bob Trommer and/or Caryl Sheehan by email with three <br /> dates and times to schedule a 30 minute teleconference to be held in the future. In order to focus our <br /> discussion we request a list of your primary concerns two days prior to the call .
