The <br /> Fund will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, May 2009 , the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin Valley LOP review this site for <br /> closure. Note : The May 2009 review contained erroneous data and an inappropriate <br /> recommendation . Staff intended to file the following May 2009 recommendation : The San Joaquin <br /> County has directed the Responsible Party to submit a feasibility study. The Fund concurs with <br /> this action and will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED , March 2010, this site has been under investigation for 21 years and no active <br /> remediation has been conducted . By letter on 22 July 2009, the San Joaquin County LOP directed <br /> the Responsible Party to submit a work plan to conduct a soil vapor extraction pilot test. The Fund <br /> concurs with the proposed course of action and will review this site next year to track progress. _ <br /> UPDATED, March 2011 , by 15 November 2010 letter, the San Joaquin County LOP concurs with <br /> the Responsible Party that soil vapor extraction and air sparging are appropriate technologies to <br /> remediate this site. The Fund recommends that active remediation be conducted to achieve Water <br /> Quality Objectives in a timely manner. <br /> UPDATED , April 2012, the Fund continues to recommends that active remediation begin.
