(AGE) has prepared the following addendum to the Work Plan Addendum a <br /> date 07 May 1998. The following items are added to the work plan for your review: <br /> 1 . An additional soil boring will be advanced to a minimum depth of 40 feet and backfilled <br /> with neat cement. This depth represents the lowest estimated ground depth at the site. <br /> 2. A well survey for the site indicates no domestic ground water wells, agricultural or industrial <br /> wells within 2,000 feet of the site. Several California Water Service wells are located outside <br /> the 2,000 foot search radius (Note: well C W73 is located 1 ,400 feet south of the site, well CW I 1 <br /> is !vested 17900 feet west of the site, well CW26 is located 2,500 feet north of the site and wells <br /> CW30 and CW52 are located 3,000 feet southeast and northeast of the site, respectively). <br /> 3 .
