A percolation <br /> test and a sewage disposal area as determined by the <br /> percolation test are required for Environmental Health <br /> Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests <br /> from the Environmental Health Division is required. <br /> 2 . 11. 06 - A soil suitability study as required by Section <br /> 10100 of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be <br /> performed prior to application approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> 3 . 22 . 01 - Construction of an individual domestic water well <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> Remainder Parcel: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> 4 . 22 . 05 The well must be repaired under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division as <br /> follows. <br /> Raise well casing and sanitary seal not less <br /> than 12 inches above floor level prior to <br /> recording parcel map. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
