PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. The sewage disposal system for Parcel One shall comply <br /> with the rules and regulations of San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 549 prior to Improvement Plan approval. <br /> A percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test are required for <br /> Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the <br /> percolation tests from the Environmental Health Division <br /> is required. <br /> b. A soil suitability study for Parcel One as required by <br /> Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County Development Code <br /> must be performed indicating that the area is suitable <br /> for septic tank usage. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on <br /> Parcel One under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> d. The well on the remainder parcel must be repaired under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division as follows: <br /> Raise well casing and sanitary seal not less than <br /> 12 inches above floor level prior to recording <br /> Parcel Map. <br />
