Tosch <br /> Civil Engineer <br /> CE # 146414 <br /> 1229 Goldenoak Way <br /> Stockton, CA x5209 <br /> Phone ty (209) 478-4606 <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> Enviromental Health Division <br /> Subject: Soil Suitability Study (Parcel Map No. MS-90-104) <br /> Submitted for your review are the results of a Soil Suitability <br /> Study on the Stephen Solari property located at 8y5v North <br /> Alpine !toad, Stockton, CA 95212. <br /> Existing Septic Systems <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed for the area <br /> from about 0.5 mile south to about 0.5 mile north of.the subject <br /> property,on North Alpine !toad. <br /> Permits were found for eight of the nine properties. The existing <br /> septic systems were installed between August 17, 1971, and <br /> November 11, 1y814. No problems were recorded for any of the <br /> existing septic systems. <br /> Existing Use <br /> The existing 103.5 acre parcel is a walnut orchard. <br /> Percolation 'fest <br /> The percolation test was performed in accordance with the <br /> percolation test procedures outlined in the "Manual Septic <br /> Tank Practice", published by the U.S. Department of Health, <br /> Education, and Welfare, and per requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Local Health District. <br /> On July 10 and July 11, 1990, a percolation test was performed <br /> by me on the above referenced property in conformance with the <br /> San Joaquin Ordinance No. 549. The approximate location of the test <br /> hole is shown on the accompanying Detail Map. <br /> A percolation rate of 15 minutes per inch is the result of the <br /> test, and an 8000 Sq. Ft. minimum disposal area is recommended. <br /> A soil profile was not performed because the depth to water is <br /> in excess of 901 . <br />
